Jenny O'Brien Productions is not responsible for the service of our vendors.

Rules and Agreements for vendors

1- Jenny O'Brien Productions reserves the right to determine the eligibility of 

company, product, or service, and its judgment shall be final, conclusive and binding.

2-  Smoking and fire are Not Allowed, other strong scents are Not permitted  in the Exhibit Hall. Please DO NOT BURN any SCENTED candles, sage and  other types of herbals and/or diffusing essential oils into the air at the event.  Attendees and exhibitors might be sensitive to smell.

3- Jenny O'Brien Productions is not responsible  for any personal injury, lost or stolen belongings. Insurance is the exhibitor's responsibility.

4- Exhibitors are responsible for meeting all City/State re-sale, licensing, and Health Department requirements.

5-  Jenny O'Brien Productions, in not responsible for any outside force event, such as act of God and/or any other type of religion, fire, war, the will prevent the event from taking place, Jenny O'Brien Productions will re-schedule, and transfer exhibitor fees to a new date, or to another of our events.

6-  Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and save harmless the event, the  producer, management, and its employees from any and all claims, causes  of action and suits accruing or resulting from, any damage, injury, or  loss to any persons, including, but not limited to, persons to whom the  exhibitor may be liable under any Worker's Compensation laws, and the  exhibitor him or herself, and any other party related to the exhibition  rental, including attendees, employees, guests, other exhibitors, and  members of the public, and from any loss, damage, cause of action,  claims, or suits, for damages or merchandise, caused by, rising out of,  or in any way connected with the exercise of the exhibitor privileges  granted herein.

7-   Exhibitors are totally financially responsible  for any damage caused  to booths, such decorations, or to any Exhibit Hall property caused by  the exhibitor.

8-  Exhibitor acknowledges that this contract shall apply to all future events produced by Jenny O'Brien Productions in  which the exhibitor participates. Jenny O'Brien Productions reserves  the right to change the provisions of this contract, with 10-day notice  provided to exhibitors.

Booths reservation and Refunds


Booths are only available for purchase through the interactive floorplan on the website. The only way to reserve a specific space is to buy it before someone else reserves it. We're happy to walk you through the purchase process.

Once you Purchase a booth there's No refund. 

Important Notice: Before You Proceed with Your Booth Reservation

Please be aware of the following terms:

• No Refund Policy: There are no refunds for booth fees if you attend the event.
• Credit Option: If you are unable to attend, we can offer a credit for a future event. It is essential that you inform us at least three days before the event date to qualify for this credit.

Please ensure you understand these terms before finalizing your reservation.

Vendors  who want to take extra space that isn't  assigned to them, they have to  pay for, or take  someone else's reserved space, will not be allowed to  participate in any future events.
